When do exists two kinds of tap, the voltage tap provides access to C1, and the test tap provides access to C2, the BM tap adapter must be installed at the voltage tap, which accesses C1.
When exists only one, and this one provides access to C1, which is the bushing capacitance. So, the tap adapter must be installed into the tap connected to C1.
