Parameterization of the signature menu

Modified on Wed, 24 Aug, 2022 at 5:06 PM

The motorized mechanism supplies the energy for the operation of the commutator. That exerts more or less torque in each step of the commutation. Since this torque is proportional to the consumption power of the motor, a typical signature curve is created, which, under normal conditions, repeats itself every time a switch is triggered.

The ASSN menu is responsible for defining this signature curve, which can be related to a tolerance margin for each commutation performed.

Accessing the Menu:

Entering the Parameterization Menu

Press and hold the P key for 3 seconds.

When the PSW screen appears, enter the password using the ↓ and ↑ keys.

Press Enter to confirm.

The default password is 0.

Accessing the Subscription Menu

Navigate between the menus using the ↑ key to the ASSN menu, and press enter.

ASN Menu Parameters:

When you enter the ASSN menu will access the parameters described below. The values of these parameters can change using the ↑ and ↓ keys. To navigate between parameters, use the key. When you change any parameter and press the key ↩, you'll save the changes.

MTTP - Engine Start Time

The time that monitors the starting current does not monitor the consumption curve.

Setting range: 0.00 to 99.99 s

Default value: 3.00 s

NMAO - Number of Learned Operations

Defines how many engine operations the IDM will use for learning and setting the reference curve.

Setting range: 1 to 100

Default Value: 10

NMAI - Number of Operations at Intermediate Taps

Defines how many operations at intermediate taps the IDM will use for learning and setting the reference curve.

Setting range: 1 to 100

Default Value: 10

ASC - Alarm Sensitivity

Determines the limit of samples outside the signature curve for alarm activations.

Adjustment range: 1 to 50

Default value: 2

MASX - Signature Margin Side

The tolerance margin is used to determine the limits on the X-axis.

Adjustment range: 5 to 20

Default value: 10

MASI - Signature Bottom Margin

The tolerance margin is used to determine the lower limit.

Adjustment range: 0.1 to 100.0 %.

Default value: 20

MASS - Signature Upper Margin

The tolerance margin is used to determine the upper limit.

Adjustment range: 0.1 to 100.0 %.

Default value: 20

TINT - Intermediate Taps

Selection of the number of intermediate taps that the longest commutation has.

Setting range: 0 to 4

Default value: 0

MTT0 - Operation Time

Operation time for the common tap changer.

Adjustment range: 0.1 to 60.0 s

Default value: 5.0 s

MTT'N' - Operation Time with Interm.

Operating time for tap change with 'N' intermediate positions.

Adjustment range: 0.1 to 60.0 s

Default value: 10.0 s

APRD - Learning Command

Allows the start of new learning and setting of the latest motor signature.

Setting range: YES or NO

Default Value: NO
